Archive completed and deleted tasks/folders, colour coding, restore.
Completed or deleted tasks, subtasks and folders do not disappear immediately. They go to the archive, separate from active work. Archived items are colour-coded by their last status so you can tell them apart quickly, and you can restore them to the active list at any time.
